I took an XL for 176 height, but my legs are not very long, standard and my pants are above the bone. And there are no pockets over the knees, it's just an applique. Otherwise there are no complaints, sewn neatly, denim fabric, dense. 76 waist and hips 102 clearly entered in XL.

I have size m by myself, I ordered S and M, the first did not fit, the second norms, but end-to-end
